My dinner: Homemade! Stir fry with tofu, broccoli, bell peppers, asparagus, mushrooms, and noodles. And spring rolls filled with bean sprouts, spinach, carrots, vermecelli, and asparagus. SO YUMMY! And for dessert, chocolate covered strawberries. Happy Vegantine’s Day!

My treat after a crazy hectic day. Vegan vanilla ice cream, with dark chocolate and almonds. Next time I have to remember to do fruit instead!! :P

My dinner: Vegan pizza!! I bought the whole wheat crust at the grocery store, cos I didn’t have time to make it from scratch. Then added sauce, lots of spinach, mushrooms, and red bell pepper! Also, and an indulgence, I put a little vegan butter around the edge and sprinkled garlic powder over it. Tasted delicious!! I even got an empty pizza box to put it in. ;)
